What a sample request does
When you request samples on Upstock, your retailer details land against our Sidekick supplier account. You become a customer in Upstock. That link is what lets us do normal trade work next: catalogue, invoices, reorder — without pasting addresses into a spreadsheet.

After you have tasted, the goal is a wholesale order on the same platform. Orders pay upfront. Case rules stay the same: 12 cans per case, 5-case minimum, mix flavours across cases. Live pricing is in Upstock — we do not publish a public price list.
