# Return and Refund Policy

Because we sell food and beverage products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, taste preference, incorrect ordering, unwanted products, sale items, promotional items, gift cards, or products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or stored incorrectly, except where required by applicable consumer law.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

## Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, Unsafe, or Expired Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or past its best-before or expiry date at the time of delivery, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sidekicksoda.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, batch code, best-before or expiry date, and shipping box where relevant

We may require reasonable evidence before approving a refund, replacement, store credit, or other remedy.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the remedy required by law. This may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the issue.

## Timeframes

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty, or otherwise affected by an obvious issue.

If the issue is not obvious within 7 days, contact us as soon as you become aware of it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

## Returns

For food safety and quality reasons, we generally do not accept physical returns of beverage or food products unless we specifically ask you to return the item, or unless a return is required by applicable law.

Do not send products back to us unless we have asked you to do so.

If we ask you to return a product because it is damaged, faulty, incorrect, unsafe, expired, or otherwise eligible for a remedy, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us may not be accepted.

## United Kingdom Customers

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you buy products online from us, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

This cancellation right does not apply to products that are not eligible for return under applicable law, including products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, products that have been opened or unsealed where return is unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons, or products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or stored incorrectly.

To exercise a UK cancellation right, contact us at hello@sidekicksoda.com within the applicable cancellation period.

If a UK cancellation right applies, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

## Taiwan Customers

If you are a consumer in Taiwan and you buy products online from us, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

This cancellation right does not apply where an exception applies under Taiwan law, including for products that are not suitable for return because of their nature, condition, hygiene, deterioration, expiry, opening, use, damage after delivery, or improper storage.

To exercise a Taiwan cancellation right, contact us at hello@sidekicksoda.com within the applicable cancellation period.

If a Taiwan cancellation right applies, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

## Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing may depend on your bank, card provider, payment provider, or Shopify Payments.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other delivery-related charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.

## Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, incorrect ordering, or unwanted products.

If you want a different product, you should place a new order.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, faulty, unsafe, or expired product, contact us at hello@sidekicksoda.com and we will assess the issue.

## Cancellations

We process orders quickly and may not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@sidekicksoda.com.

If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, or handed to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.

## Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@sidekicksoda.com.

We may need to investigate with the carrier before providing a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, non-collection, or events outside our control, except where required by law.

## Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or unable to be delivered because the shipping address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or not collected, we may charge additional shipping or handling costs to resend the order.

We may decline a refund or replacement where the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by you, failed delivery, refusal, non-collection, misuse, improper storage, or damage after delivery, except where required by law.
