# Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products may be offered as subscriptions, recurring orders, pre-orders, coming-soon products, limited drops, bundles, or other purchase options.

This policy explains how these purchase options can be changed or cancelled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any purchase terms shown at checkout.

## Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

We use Shopify Subscriptions to manage subscriptions and recurring orders.

If you purchase a subscription or recurring order, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the products, quantity, delivery frequency, price, and subscription terms shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us, Shopify, and our payment providers to store your payment method and charge you for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled, paused, expired, or otherwise ended.

You can manage, pause, skip, resume, or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Shopify customer account, through subscription management links provided in your order or subscription emails, or by contacting us at hello@sidekicksoda.com.

To avoid being charged for the next order, you must cancel, pause, skip, or make changes before the next order is processed. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, or handed to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed, shipped, fulfilled, or charged unless required by law or confirmed by us in writing.

Where required by law, including for California subscribers, we will provide renewal notices, acknowledgements, cancellation instructions, and other subscription information required by applicable automatic-renewal laws.

If you sign up for a subscription online, you can cancel it online through your Shopify customer account, through another subscription management link provided to you, or through another easy-to-use online cancellation method where required by law.

## Pre-Orders, Coming-Soon Products, and Limited Drops

We may offer pre-orders, coming-soon products, limited drops, or other products that are not available for immediate fulfilment.

If you purchase a pre-order, coming-soon product, limited drop, or similar product, you are ordering a product that may not be ready to ship immediately.

The estimated shipping, fulfilment, or release date will be shown where reasonably available. Any estimated date is an estimate only and may change due to production, freight, stock, supplier, customs, weather, carrier, operational, or other delays.

We may charge the full amount, charge a partial deposit, authorise your payment method, or charge the remaining amount later, depending on the terms shown at checkout.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, allocated to your order, or handed to a carrier.

If a pre-order has already been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, allocated to your order, or handed to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible.

If we cancel a pre-order, limited drop, coming-soon product, or similar purchase, or if we are unable to fulfil it, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include a refund, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

## Backorders and Inventory Errors

We do not generally offer backorders unless they are clearly shown at checkout or unless an inventory error occurs.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable because of an inventory error, stock issue, fulfilment issue, damaged stock, or other operational issue, we may contact you to offer one or more options, such as waiting for restock, receiving a replacement product, receiving store credit, cancelling the affected item, or receiving a refund where required by law.

We are not responsible for stock delays, supplier delays, carrier delays, customs delays, or other delays outside our reasonable control, except where required by applicable law.

## Try Before You Buy

We do not offer try-before-you-buy purchases.

## Food and Beverage Products

Because we sell food and beverage products, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, taste preference, incorrect ordering, unwanted products, opened products, used products, products damaged after delivery, or products stored incorrectly.

This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

## United Kingdom and Taiwan Customers

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or Taiwan, you may have statutory cancellation rights for some online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.

For food and beverage products, cancellation or return rights may not apply where products are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, have been opened or unsealed, are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, have been used, have been damaged after delivery, or have been stored incorrectly.

## How to Cancel or Change a Purchase Option

To cancel or change an eligible subscription, recurring order, pre-order, coming-soon product, limited drop, or other purchase option, use your Shopify customer account, use the subscription management link provided to you, or contact us at:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The purchase option you want to cancel or change

We may need to verify your identity or order details before making changes.
