How to read the Sidekick can

1 min read Fiona
Sidekick mix on a bench

The can is the source of truth. Marketing pages explain the kitchen logic; the label lists what is in the serve.

What you will see

  • Flavour name and fruit
  • New Zealand honey as the sweetener
  • Apple cider vinegar in the ingredient list
  • Sparkling water
  • Nutrition panel (calories and sugar per serve / per 100ml)
  • Pack size: 250ml can

Exact numbers vary by flavour — read the panel on the can you are holding.

What we do not put on the can

Medical claims. Therapeutic promises. Pregnancy advice. “Detox.” If you have a dietary question for yourself, check the label and ask a qualified professional. On-site FAQ: Ingredients.

What Sidekick is (and is not)

Honey-sweetened soda with real fruit. Not cane sugar. Not stevia. Not kombucha. Deeper splits: Honey soda vs diet soda vs kombucha · What is ACV soda?.
