Crisp pear, elderflower and gin — a light, cold spritz before seafood, or as a late-afternoon aperitif.

Pairs with Seafood

Ingredients

30 ml dry gin
15 ml elderflower liqueur
5–10 ml fresh lemon juice
120–150 ml Sidekick Pear
Ice
Thin pear slice or thyme

Method

Build over ice in a wine glass.
Add gin, elderflower and lemon.
Top with Sidekick Pear.
Stir gently.
