Pear, cucumber and elderflower — clean and cold. A lunch spritz with fish or a salad.

Ingredients

150 ml Sidekick Pear
10–15 ml elderflower cordial
3 thin cucumber slices
5 ml fresh lemon juice
Ice
Thyme

Method

Add cucumber and ice to a wine glass.
Add elderflower and lemon.
Top with Sidekick Pear.
