Method

  1. Muddle the blackberries, mint, honey and lemon juice in a tall glass to release the fruit's natural juices and colour. If using frozen blackberries, let them thaw slightly first.
  2. Strain the muddled mixture into a glass filled with ice and a few whole blackberries for garnish.
  3. Slowly top with Plum Sidekick Soda — pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
