Mango, lime and tequila — a cold margarita fizz with spicy food, not a dessert glass.

Ingredients

45 ml blanco tequila
10 ml Cointreau or triple sec
15 ml fresh lime juice
100–120 ml Sidekick Mango
Ice
Lime wedge
Optional Tajín or salt half-rim

Method

Shake tequila, orange liqueur and lime briefly with ice.
Strain over fresh ice.
Top with Sidekick Mango.
