Frozen mango and peach, mint, thyme, and Sidekick Mango. A blender slushy for a hot afternoon — the soda is the fizz on top, not a background mixer.
The recipe is the one in the photos: frozen fruit, a drizzle of honey, mint and thyme, then Mango Sidekick. Ingredients and method sit in the card below.
How to make it
Freeze sliced peaches with the mango at least 12 hours ahead — no need to peel. Store-bought frozen fruit works if you are short on time. Blend the frozen fruit with mint, thyme, a handful of ice, and slightly melted honey until slushy. Pour into a tall glass and top with Mango Sidekick Soda.
What it tastes like
Ripe mango and peach, cold, with mint and a little thyme. The honey is a drizzle, not a syrup dump. The soda keeps it fizzy instead of turning into a smoothie.
Garnish and serve
A peach slice and a sprig of thyme — flowering thyme if you have it. A splash of dry rosé or riesling turns one glass into an evening drink.
Made with Sidekick Mango.
